Optimization of the prescription for Qingyan buceal tablets with a orthosonal design
摘要目的 优化清咽口含片的处方设计.方法 以体外溶出度及外观、硬度、片重差异的综合评分为考察指标,采用正交设计法优化处方.结果 口含片最佳处方为甘露醇125g、木糖醇125g、乳糖90g.结论 清咽口含片的处方设计和制备工艺合理.
