摘要目的 探讨电话回访式健康教育对留置T管出院患者康复的影响.方法 将86例留置T管出院患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例,两组在住院期间均予常规的健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予电话回访式健康教育,出院前将所有资料作详细登记,责任护士利用电话在患者出院后定期对患者进行T管引流相关知识、饮食、服药、休息与活动、心理疏导及护理工作满意度等内容进行电话回访,提供咨询、帮助、指导等服务.结果 观察组T管引流效果及顺利拔管情况显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者对留置T管相关知识和技能的掌握、自我护理能力、遵医行为、满意度等方面的比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 电话回访式健康教育适应了护理模式的转变,对促进留置T管出院患者的康复及顺利拔管起到积极作用,同时也密切了护患关系,提高了护理工作的满意度,体现了护士的自我价值.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of health education of visiting by calling on the recovery of patients with T drainage tube outward of hospital.Methods 86 patients with T tube outward of hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group.Two groups patients were received normal health education during hospitalization and observation group patients were accepted health guidance visited by phone after discharging from hospital.All detail imformation were registered befored outward of hospital,and the patients of observation group were regularly followed up by phone.Contents as knowledge related to T tube drainage,diet,drug-taking,rest and activities,psychology guidance and satisfaction of nursing were included.Results Effect of T tube drainage and successful extubation in obseveration group were obviously better than those in control group(P＜0.05).there were significantly different in mastering knowledge and skills of T tube drainage,ability of self-care,compliance and the grade of satisfaction between the two groups(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusions Health education of visiting by calling adapts to the change of nurse pattern,which is effective on the recovery and Successful extubation of patients with T tube,and close the relationship between nurses and patients,improving the grade of satisfacion to nursing and the self-value of nurses.
