摘要目的 了解本科实习护生对目前临床护理带教状况的满意程度,分析存在问题的相关因素,提出合理化建议,以提高实习质量.方法 以问卷调查为主,辅以访谈.结果 护生对固定式带教、临床带教老师的专业态度及专业基础知识、操作技能满意度较高,而对流动式带教、实习任务的分配和工作班次的安排,带教老师的教学态度的满意度较低.结论 目前,临床护理带教尚存不足,有待于进一步改进和完善.

abstractsObjective To analyze the degree of satisfaction in undergraduate practising nursing students for clinic teaching status quo.Methods Most questionnaire and supplement discussion were performed in practising undergraduate nursing students for clinic teaching status quo.Results There was quite highness degree of satisfaction at operational skill, speciality basic knowledge, speciality attitude and fixating clinic teaching instruction for practising undergraduate nursing students;on the other hand, there was relative lowness degree of satisfaction at teaching attitude, fluxion clinic teaching instruction, distribution of practising assignment and shift for them.Conclusions There are some fall short of clinic practising undergraduate nursing teaching presently, and to take avantage of further improvement and perfection.
