摘要目的 探讨家庭式护理对哮喘患者疗效及复发情况的影响.方法 将我院收治的80例哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上采用家庭式护理,比较两组患者的疗效及复发情况.结果 观察组、对照组的总有效率分别为92.5％、72.5％,观察组显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者的哮喘知识掌握情况、治疗依从性、复发率均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 家庭式护理有利于增强患者和家属对哮喘的认知,提高护理能力,提高治疗效果,降低复发.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effect of family-based nursing on therapeutic effects and recurrence in patients with asthma.Methods A total of 80 patients with asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional care,the observation group was given family nursing care on the basis of the control group.Therapeutic effects and recurrence were compared between two groups.Results The total efficiency in the observation group and the control group was respectively 92.5％,72.5％.The observation group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05 ).Asthma knowledge,treatment compliance and relapse rates of hospital admission in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusions The family-based nursing is helpful to increase the patients and families about asthma awareness,improve nursing ability,improve curative effect and reduce the recurrence.
