目的探讨舒适护理对上消化道出血患者生活质量的影响。方法选择本院2009年10月至2010年10月收治的63例急性上消化道出血患者作为治疗组，选择同期入院63例患者作为对照组，两组患者均给予常规止血对症护理，治疗组在此基础上行舒适护理干预。比较两组住院期间焦虑评分、生活质量、出血量、满意评分等。结果治疗组的心理、社会、担心焦虑、躯体不适、满意程度等情况与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且治疗组生活质量、心理状态、对护理工作满意度均优于对照组；但两组住院期间出血量差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论针对上消化道出血患者实施舒适护理，可减轻患者心理压力，改善生活质量，促进护患关系。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on quality of life of patients with upper gas-trointestinal bleeding. Methods From October 2010 in our hospital to October 2009 , 63 cases of patients with acute up-per digestive tract hemorrhage were selected into the treatment group, 63 cases were selected at admission into the con-trol group. Patients of two groups were given conventional hemostatic symptomatic care. Patients in treatment group were given comfortable nursing intervention based uplink. Anxiety score during hospitalization, quality of life, satisfaction score, bleeding volume were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in psycho-logical, social, physical discomfort, anxiety, satisfaction degree between the treatment and control groups (P<0. 05), and quality of life, mental state and satisfaction on nursing job of treatment group were superior to those of control group;but there was no significant difference in bleeding volume during hospitalization between two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusions Comfortable nursing for patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract could relieve the patient's psy-chological pressure, improve the quality of life, promote nurse-patient relationship.
