目的 探讨四维牵引配合强筋健脊功治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床治疗效果及护理体会.方法 选取该院腰椎管狭窄症患者80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,治疗组采用四维牵引配合强筋健脊功治疗,对照组应用传统手法,观察比较各组治疗前后汉化ODI量表评分、腰椎弓形面积及临床疗效.结果 治疗组总愈显率62.5％,总有效率92.5％,对照组总愈显率57.5％,总有效率95％,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在ODI评分中两组分值治疗后均有不同程度升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组腰椎弓形面积明显改善,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腰椎四维牵引结合功能锻炼与手法均能在一定程度上改善腰椎管狭窄症患者的临床症状,在改善腰椎曲度上,前者更优.

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing experience of lumbar spinal stenosis treated with four-dimensional traction combined with strong tendon and healthy ridge exercise. Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases of each group . The treatment group was treated with four-dimensional traction combined with strong tendon and healthy ridge ex-ercise. The control group was treated with traditional manipulation. The Chinese ODI scale score, segment area and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total cured and markedly effective rate was 62. 5％ and the total effective rate was 92. 5％ in the treatment group, while it was 57. 5％ and 95％ in the control group. There were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0. 05). The scores of the two groups in the ODI score all showed different degrees of increase after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . The lumbar vertebral arch area was significantly improved in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions Lum-bar four-dimensional traction combined with functional exercise and manipulation both can improve the clinical symp-toms of lumbar spinal stenosis in a certain extent, while in improving the lumbar curvature, the former is much better.
