摘要目的:探讨整体护理干预对鼻内窥镜术后患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年3月在暨南大学附属珠海医院、珠海市人民医院行鼻内窥镜术的患者96例作为研究对象，按随机数表法分为研究组与对照组，各48例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予整体护理干预。比较两组患者疼痛程度、生活质量、心理状态及护理满意度。结果:干预后，两组患者的VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著下降，研究组下降幅度更大；干预后，两组各项健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均显著上升，研究组上升幅度更大；研究组护理满意度较对照组更高，差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。 结论:对行鼻内窥镜术患者实施整体护理干预可有效缓解患者疼痛，改善患者的心理状态，同时提高其生活质量与对护理的满意度。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on pain and quality of life of patients after nasal endoscope operation.Methods:A total of 96 patients undergoing nasal endoscopy from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table, 48 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given holistic nursing intervention.Pain, quality of life, psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) scores and self-rating depression(SDS)scores of patients in both groups were significantly decreased, and the decrease was even greater in the study group.After intervention, the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36) scores in both groups increased significantly, with a greater increase in the study group.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusions:Holistic nursing intervention for patients undergoing nasal endoscopy can effectively relieve pain, improve patients' psychological state, and lift their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
