摘要目的 探讨序贯性气道开放对急诊心肺复苏患者复苏成功率和存活率的影响.方法 回顾性分析本院2013年2月至2015年2月收治的67例呼吸、循环骤停,需紧急心肺复苏患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为对照组(33例)和观察组(34例),分别给予常规气管插管治疗和序贯性气道开放治疗.观察2组的气道有效开放时间和自主呼吸恢复时间以及血生化指标与血浆渗透压变化情况和复苏成功率、存活率,并进行比较.结果 观察组的气道有效开放时间以及自主呼吸恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P值均＜0.05).抢救后2h,观察组的血生化指标与血浆渗透压较之抢救前均平稳下降,且显著优于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P值均＜0.05).复苏成功率和存活率均显著高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P值均＜0.05).结论 对急诊心肺复苏患者实施序贯性气道开放治疗可以获得良好的效果,显著缩短气道有效开放以及自主呼吸恢复时间,并提高复苏成功率和存活率.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of equential airway opening on the recovery of patients with emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate of resuscitation and survival rate.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 67 cases of respiratory,circulatory arrest,the clinical data of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015,and were divided into control group (33 cases) and observation group (34 cases) according to treatment methods,and were given conventional intubation treatment and sequential airway opening treatment.The success rate and survival rate and effective airway open time and recovery time of spontaneous breathing and recovery of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The observation group effective airway open and spontaneous breathing recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group (P ＜0.05).After the rescue of 2 h,the observation group blood biochemical indexes and plasma osmotic pressure than before treatment decreased steadily,and significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The success rate of resuscitation and survival rate were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusions It can get good effect on the implementation of sequential airway opening in treatment of patients with emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation resuscitation and significantly shorten the recovery time of spontaneous breathing,airway open effectively,and improve the success rate of resuscitation and survival rate.
