摘要脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease, CSVD)指各种病因引起的脑小血管病变所致的一系列临床、影像学和病理综合征，是导致认知功能损害和痴呆的主要原因。血压变异性是血压在一定时间内波动的程度。越来越多的证据表明血压变异性与CSVD有关，而且后者可能是将血压变异性与认知损害联系起来的重要中介之一。文章对血压变异性与CSVD的各种影像学表型及总体负荷的相关性进行了综述。

abstractsCerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) refers to a series of clinical, imaging and pathological syndromes of CSVD caused by various causes, which is the main cause of cognitive impairment and dementia. Blood pressure variability is the degree to which blood pressure fluctuates over a certain period of time. More and more evidence has shown that blood pressure variability is associated with CSVD, and the latter may be one of the important mediators to link blood pressure variability with cognitive impairment. This article reviews the correlation between blood pressure variability and various imaging phenotypes and overall load of CSVD.
