换一批摘要Derlin是内质网膜上的四次跨膜蛋白,近年来已经发现其三个成员,即Derlin-1,Derlin-2和Derlin-3.Derlin在内质网相关性降解信号通路中与其它蛋白相互作用,参与错误折叠蛋白的降解过程,其表达异常在许多疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,其中在肺疾病发病过程中的作用正日益受到重视.
