高表达Bcl-2下调喉癌细胞黏附能力的分子机制探讨

The investigation of molecular mechanism of the high expression of Bcl-2 down-regulating cell adhesion in laryngeal carcinoma cells

摘要目的：探讨高表达的Bcl-2对喉癌细胞黏附能力的影响。方法：建立并鉴定高表达Bcl-2的稳定细胞株，采用黏附实验检测细胞的黏附能力，流式细胞仪和Western blotting实验分析细胞表面integrin表达的变化。结果：成功构建高表达Bcl-2细胞株，下调了细胞的黏附能力，并降低了细胞表面 integrin α2β1的表达，而未见对integrin αv、integrin β4、integrin α3和integrin α5的表达的影响。结论：高表达Bcl-2可能通过下调了细胞表面integrin α2β1的表达从而减低细胞的黏附能力。
