单次血液灌流联合血液透析对大分子尿毒症毒素的影响
Effect of single hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on macromolecular uremic toxin
目的 探讨单次血液灌流联合血液透析对维持性血液透析(maintenancehemodialysis,MHD)患者大分子尿毒症毒素的影响.方法 选取我院血液透析中心收治的38例维持性血液透析患者,使用相同型号及批号血液灌流器、血液透析器进行串联治疗2h.在血液灌流联合血液透析治疗开始、治疗结束时分别于动脉端留取血标本,测定尿毒症毒素补体因子D(complement factor D,CFD)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-microglobulin,α1-MG)、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)的含量,计算治疗前后各指标的下降率.结果 与血液灌流联合血液透析治疗前比较,只有一部分患者血清CFD、α1-MG和CRP浓度有所下降,差异无统计学意义.结论 单次血液灌流联合血液透析治疗对大分子尿毒症毒素浓度下降无明显影响.
更多Objective To investigate the effects of single hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on macromolecular uremic toxin in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 38 maintenance hernodialysis patients were selected to receive hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for 2 hours.The serum concentrations of complement factor D (CFD),α1-microglobulin (α1-MG) and C reactive protein (CRP) were measured before and after the treatment,and the reduction rate was calculated.Results The average serum CFD,α1-MG and CRP concentrations after the treatment were not decreased significantly when compared with pretreatment.Only some patients presented reduction of the macromolecular uremic toxin (39.5% for α1-MG,47.4% for CRP,55.0% for CFD).Conclusion The concentration of macromolecular uremic toxin is not decreased obviously by single hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment.
