摘要肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是临床上常见的一种功能性消化系统疾病.本文通过肺肠在功能、经脉、菌群微生态等生理、病理方面的联系与影响,阐述肺与大肠相表里这一理论,进而探讨与IBS的内在关系,结合名师从肺论治IBS临床经验:采用经方加味,从宣肺、泻肺、补肺等方面论治肠病,为中医临床从肺论治肠病提供一个理论基础及思路,以供学之.
