目的 探讨正念减压疗法在防治护士职业倦怠中的作用.方法 采用便利抽样的方法,抽取郑州市某三级甲等医院90名护士进行问卷调查,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组各45人.对干预组实施正念减压疗法,对照组每周定期集会,但不进行任何干预.分别在干预前和干预8周后对2组护士进行职业倦怠评价.结果 8周后干预组护士情感耗竭、去人格化的态度评分下降,个人成就感评分升高,护士职业倦怠的检出率明显降低.上述指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义.结论 正念减压疗法对缓解护士职业倦怠有一定的作用.

Objective To investigate the effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction on job burnout of nurses.Methods By convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 90 nurses in a third-grade and level-A general hospital in Zhengzhou.The nurses were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 45 nurses in each group.Nurses in the intervention group were intervened under the mindfulness-based stress reduction,but nurses in the control group received psychological guidance and research method courses.The job burnout level of both groups of nurses was assessed before the treatment and 8 weeks after the treatment respectively.Results After the intervention,the factor scores of emotional exhaust,depersonalization decreased and personal achievement score increased.The incidence rate of job burnout significantly decreased.Conclusions The mindfulnessbased stress reduction therapy can relieve nurses' job burnout.
