目的 探讨利用微信视频随访在出院脑卒中患者肢体功能训练中的效果.方法 选择2015年1-12月住院的68例脑卒中患者,采用简单随机抽样法分成试验组34例和对照组34例,对照组采用常规的随访方式,试验组在常规随访基础上进行微信视频随访.利用Brunnstrom偏瘫功能(上肢、手、下肢)分级评定和Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评分量表,收集患者出院时及出院后6个月的肢体功能情况,并对结果进行分析.结果 经过6个月的随访后,试验组患者在Brunnstrom偏瘫功能(上肢、手、下肢)分级评定方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(上肢:χ2=3.781,P<0.05;手:χ2=4.783,P<0.05;下肢:χ2=8.342,P<0.05);在Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评分方面出院后6个月为(11.28±1.35)分,对照组为(9.67±1.04)分,试验组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.381,P<0.05).结论 微信视频随访为出院脑卒中患者肢体功能训练提供了正确的训练手法和训练进程,其生动形象的视频随访方式实现了个性化护理,对患者肢体功能训练有积极作用.

Objective To explore the training effect of using WeChat video follow-up method on the patients with stroke. Methods A total of 68 hospitalized stroke patients from January to December 2015 were grouped into the control group and the experimental group with 34 cases in each group using simple random sampling method. The control group used routine follow-up way. Based on the routine way, the WeChat video follow-up way was also included in the experimental group. The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed using the Brunnstrom and Fugl-Meyer method. Results Six months after discharge, the Brunnstrom evaluation of the experimental group was better than the control group (upper limbs: χ2=3.781, P < 0.05, hand: χ2=4.783, P < 0.05, lower limbs: χ2=8.342, P < 0.05) , the differences showed statistical significance. The Fugl-Meyer evaluation of the experimental group was 11.28 ± 1.35 six months after discharge, better than the control group (9.67±1.04), the difference was significant (t=6.381, P < 0.05). Conclusions Wechat video follow-up to discharged stroke patients with limb function training provides the correct training methods and training process, the vivid video follow-up way to realize the individualized nursing care produce positive effects on patients with limb function training.
