血糖检测的准确性是影响重症患者病死率的因素之一.POCT-便捷式血糖仪(PBGM)是重症科室最常用的一种血糖检测方法.目前,PBGM的准确性遭到质疑,本文将从PBGM的相关定义、准确性检测方法和对比临床常用血糖检测手段等方面进行阐述,以期让重症医护人员了解PBGM的适用范围和局限性,为规范我国重症患者血糖检测方式提供一定借鉴.

Accuracy of blood glucose monitoring have been associated with morbidity and mortality. Portable blood glucose meter (PBGM) is one of the blood glucose monitoring tools that nurses in intensive care units tend to use. However, critically ill patients should not be tested by PBGM because the results may be inaccurate. there are the related-PBGM definitions examination requirements, risk assessment evaluation protocol and accuracy comparison between PBGM and central laboratory devices (CLDs), blood gas analyzers (BGAs), which lets the intensive care staff know the PBGM's limitations and applications and give some references for regulations and rules on blood glucose monitoring.
