对护士实行人性化管理的方法
Approach of humanized management for nurses
目的 探讨对护士实施人性化管理的方法,提高护士工作积极性,稳定护理队伍.方法 将尊重体现在管理环节中,尊重护士人格,了解护士愿望和要求,管理中体现公开公正原则;将激励理论运用在管理工作中,培育护理核心价值观,激励护理工作成就感,在科室开展系列口标管理活动,强化目标激励;将为护士服务落实在具体措施上,从细节入手,主动关爱,营造和谐工作环境和人际环境,提供护士发展机会.结果 2005年实施人性化管理后,医院护士流失率为20%,我科护士流失率为2%;病人满意率由95%上升到99.8%,对护士满意率100%;病区管理质量由91%上升到98%;年护士差错率由0.4%下降到0.2%.结论 实施人性化管理,稳定了护理队伍,护士满意度提高,工作积极性不断提高,提升护理工作质量,提高了病人的满意度.
更多Objective To discuss humanized management approach of nurses, so as to improve nurses working enthusiasm and stable the care team. Methods Respect idea were embodied in the management in terms of respecting their personality, understanding the aspirations and demands of nurses and reflecting the principle of open and fair in management. We used motivation theory in the management of work, fostered core values of care, motivated sense of accomplishment of nursing, carried out a series of target management activity in sections and strengthen goal of incentive. We also carried out concrete measures of services for nurses, started from the details and took initiative care of nurses, created harmonious working environment and interpersonal environment and provide development opportunities for nurses. Results In 2005, after the implementation of the humanized management, nurse dereasing rate was 20%, Patient satisfaction rose from 95% to 99.8%, patient satisfaction to nurses was 100%. Quality of ward management increased from 91% to 98%. Nurse error ration decreased from 0.4% to 0.2%. Conclusions Through the implementation of humanized management, the care team had been stabled and the satisfaction and the work of enthusiasm of nurses had been improved. The quality of nursing work had been upgraded and the satisfaction of patient had been improved.
