目的 观察大黄、芒硝治疗腹部手术切口脂肪液化的治疗效果.方法 将术后腹部手术切口发生脂肪液化的81例患者随机分为两组,实验组(40例)脂肪液化切口用大黄、芒硝混匀后外敷,每日1次.对照组(41例)应用普通换药及挤压方法,每日换药1次.结果 实验组的切口愈合时间、二次清创缝合术的几率,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中药外敷治疗能促进脂肪液化伤口炎症渗出物的吸收,加快切口愈合.

Objective This study was performed to evaluate the effects of Rhubarb and Sodium Sulfate in the treatment of the fat liquefaction of abdominal incision.Methods 81 patients with the fat liquefaction of abdominal operative incision were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the treatment group were treated by the mixed Rhubarb and Sodium Sulfate,1 time per day ;41 patients in the control group were treated by changing dry dressing and squeezing,change dressings 1 time per day.Results There was significant difference on healing time,and the rate of second debridement between the treatment group and the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions External application with Chinese herbal medicine can promote the absorption of inflammatory exudates and accelerate the concrescence of the wounds.
