科尔伯的经验学习理论强调经验在学习中所发挥的作用,临床教学的大部分时间都在进行着经验学习,在做事的过程中掌握知识与技能.临床实习是护生学习专业知识和技能的重要途径和必要环节,也是进入临床工作的过渡阶段.因此,在临床护理带教中应重视经验学习理论的应用.

Kolb' s experiential learning theory is a theory that emphasizes the role of experience in learning.Most time,nursing teachers are teaching experience,while nursing students acquiring knowledge and skills are from the clinical nursing teaching.Clinical practice is the important and necessary way for nursing students who need to learn the knowledge and skills and the transition for them into clinical work.Therefore,we should pay attention to the application of experiential learning theory in the clinical nursing experience.
