临床带教老师对本科护生实习评价的现状调查
Investigation on clinical tutor' s evaluation on college nursing students' internship
目的 了解临床带教老师对本科护生实习评价的现状,为护理学专业临床教学改革提供客观依据及借鉴.方法 采用“临床带教老师对本科护生实习评价相关问题”调查问卷,对延边地区3家教学医院285名承担本科护生实习带教的临床护士进行了调查.问卷共分为五大部分,49个条目,包括:临床带教老师一般情况、本科护生实习评价内容、评价方法、评价标准以及评价影响因素,其信度为0.878.结果 3家医院临床带教老师对本科护生实习评价的内容呈多样性,评价方法及途径、评价标准也存在不规范的现象.其评价途径中,实际中采用与认为有必要采用差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).评价标准中根据护理学院/系制定的要求进行评分的比例所占最多(58.6%),其余依次为参考护理部制定的评价标准(47.0%)和参考科室制定的评价标准(43.2%),参考上述3种标准综合评价的护士共占40.4%.结论 有必要完善本科护生临床实习评价体系、规范评价标准,提高临床带教老师评价素质及能力.
更多Objective To investigate clinical tutor's evaluation on college nursing students' internship,so as to provide objective basis and references for clinical education reform of nursing.Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate 285 clinical nurses who tutored college nursing students in 3 teaching hospitals in Yanbian area.There were 5 parts and 49 items in the questionnaire,including the general situation of clinical tutor,evaluation content of college nursing students' internship,evaluation method,evaluation criterion and influencing factors,with the reliability of 0.878.Results There were various evaluation contents and methods in the three hospitals,and approaches and criterions were not all normative.Among evaluation approaches,there was statistically significant difference between actual application and need for application (P < 0.01),and need for application accounts for bigger proportion.As for criterions,evaluation according to the demands made by nursing college/department occupied 58.6%,criterion according to nursing department was 47.0%,and criterion formulated by offices was 43.2%.Nurses who had applied above evaluation criterions were 40.4% all together.Conclusions There is necessity to complete evaluation system for college nursing students'internship,specify evaluation criterion,and improve clinical tutor' s evaluation quality and ability.
