结构式心理干预在稽留流产患者健康教育中的应用
Application of structural psychological intervention in health education for patients with missed abortion
目的 探讨结构式心理干预在稽留流产患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法 制订结构式心理干预策略,并应用于80例稽留流产患者的健康教育中.干预前后分别采用意外事件影响量表修订版(IES-R)进行患者自评,采用三维筛选评估模型由研究人员评估患者的心理状况.结果 干预后患者IES-R量表的逃避、侵扰、唤醒3个维度得分分别为(9.29±1.08),(8.21±1.14),(6.40±0.93)分,干预前分别为(14.43±1.52),(15.27±1.29),(11.82±1.06)分,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.168,5.033,3.827;P<0.01);干预后研究人员评估的情感、认知、行为3个维度得分分别为(4.04±0.51),(3.37±0.40),(2.81±0.43)分,干预前分别为(7.22±0.78),(5.94±0.56),(4.50±0.37)分,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为6.016,5.639,5.174;P<0.01).结论 结构式心理干预能有效改善稽留流产患者的负性情绪,提高其心理健康水平,促进患者顺利康复.
更多Objective To investigate the effect of structural psychological intervention in health education for patients with missed abortion.Methods Structural psychological intervention strategies were established and applied in health education for 80 patients with missed abortion.Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R) was used for patients' self-evaluation,and Three-dimensional Assessment Scale (TAS) was applied to assess patients' metal status by researchers before and after intervention.Results Three dimensions including escape,invasion and awakening in IES-R scored respectively (14.43 ± 1.52),(15.27 ± 1.29),(11.82 ± 1.06) before intervention,(9.29 ± 1.08),(8.21 ± 1.14),(6.40 ± 0.93) after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (t =4.168,5.033,3.827,respectively; P < 0.01).Three dimensions including emotion,cognition and behavior in TAS were (7.22± 0.78),(5.94 ± 0.56),(4.50 ± 0.37) before intervention,(4.04 ±0.51),(3.37 ± 0.40),(2.81 ± 0.43) after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (t =6.016,5.639,5.174,respectively; P < 0.01).Conclusions Structural psychological intervention can effectively release negative emotions of patients with missed abortion,improve their metal health and promote their recovery.
