摘要目的：探讨项目管理在预防老年痴呆住院患者走失中的应用效果。方法成立老年痴呆住院患者预防走失的项目管理小组,制定预防老年痴呆患者走失的项目管理方案,设定目标值,并联动医疗综合办、行政综合办、后勤综合办在全院各疗区开展实施,定期分析和反馈。比较项目管理实施前后老年痴呆住院患者走失率及走失对患者造成的影响率。结果项目管理实施后,老年痴呆住院患者走失率由18.49％下降至2.44％,差异有统计学意义(χ2＝15.16,P<0.005)；因走失对患者造成的影响率由40.91％下降为33.33％,差异有统计学意义(χ2＝8.643,P<0.005)。结论实施项目管理能够有效预防老年痴呆住院患者的走失,保障患者安全,同时能增强各部门的合作协调能力和团队凝聚力,激发团队的创新能力,值得在老年医院、老年病房、养老机构中推广。

abstractsObjective To explore the application effect of project management in preventing the lost of hospitalized senile dementia patients. Methods The project management team to prevent the lost of senile dementia hospitalized patients was founded;the plan of project management to prevent senile dementia patients get lost was made;the goal were set and was link to medical comprehensive office, comprehensive administrative office and integrated logistics office in the treating area of hospitals to carry out the implementation. Analysis and feedback were regular given. We compared the lost rate of senile dementia patients before and after the implementation of the project management and the effects of the lost on patients. Results After the implementation of project management, the lost rate of senile dementia patients decreased from 18. 49% to 2.44% (χ2=15.16, P<0.005);the effluence rate of loss on patients decreased from 40.91% to 33.33% (χ2=8.643, P<0.005).Conclusions The project management can effectively prevent the lost of hospitalized senile patients with dementia and ensure the safety of the patients; it also can enhance departmental cooperation and coordination ability and team cohesion, and stimulate the innovation ability of the team. It is worthy to be popularized in the hospital for the geriatric wards, and retirement organizations.
