摘要我国是耐多药结核病高负担国家之一,复杂长期的疗程、高昂的医疗费用和精神心理上的负担严重影响了耐多药结核病患者规则治疗,社会支持和心理干预能缓解耐多药结核病患者经济、心理等方面的负担,提高治疗依从性和提升治疗效果.本文回顾了近年来国内外耐多药结核病研究中采用的社会支持与心理干预的方法,对不同的干预手段进行了梳理与分析,同时对未来耐多药结核病社会支持和心理干预研究做出展望.

abstractsChina has a high burden of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). The treatment for MDR-TB was affected by complex and long treatment course,high treatment costs and high psychological burden. Previous studies have shown that social support and psychological intervention play an important role in alleviating the economic and psychological burden,and improving the compliance and treatment outcome in MDR-TB patients. The aim of this article is to conclude and analyze the research progress of social support and psychological intervention in China and overseas in recent years. Different intervention methods are collected and classified into different areas. The article also gives some expectations to the studies of social support and psychological intervention refer to follow-up and management in MDR-TB patients.
