目的 评价肝移植受者的生存质量及探讨生存质量的影响因素.方法 采用一般情况调查表、SF 36、SDS、SAS和社会支持评定量表对65例等待肝移植的终末期肝病患者(等待组)和202例接受肝移植术后2周以上患者(接受组)进行问卷调查.结果 除生理机能、社会功能、情感职能外,SF-36量表其余5个维度得分、健康转变得分及生理、精神健康总分,接受组明显高于等待组(D＜0.05);生存质量的影响因素为手术治疗、主观支持、焦虑.结论 肝移植术后患者的生存质量明显改善,手术治疗与受者的生理健康呈正相关,主观支持与受者的精神健康呈正相关,焦虑呈负相关.

Objective To explore the survival quality of liver transplant recipients and its influential factors.Methods General Heath Scale,SF-36,SDS,SAS and the social support rating scale were used to perform the questionnaire survey on 65 cases with end-stage liver disease waiting for liver transplantation (waiting group) and 202 cases accepted liver transplantation (accepted group) after 2 weeks above.Results Except for physical function,social function and emotional function,the remaining five scales of SF-36,the score of health transition,the score of physical and mental health in accepted group were significantly higher than those in waiting group (all P＜0.05).The influential factors of survival quality were surgical treatment,objective support and depression.Conclusions The survival quality of the patients is significantly improved after liver transplantation.The physical health of recipients is positively associated with surgical treatment and objective support but negatively with depression.
