与传统教学方法不同,在以问题为基础学习教学方法中教师的职责发生了转变,教师作为学习过程的引导者、促进者,在病例选择、问题设置、讨论进程控制、点评和总结等多个环节起着重要作用.在内科学见习教学阶段,采用以问题为基础学习教学方法,根据教学内容设计有价值的问题、有效组织学生讨论、为学生的主动学习提供必要的支持成为带教教师的职责.
更多The roles of tutors are quite different in problem-based learning(PBL)teaching from traditional lecture-based medical training.Tutors play potential roles in the areas of choosing cases,providing problems,guiding the learning process and making comments.During the PBL teaching of internal medicine probation,it was the tutors'responsibility to prepare valuable problems based on teaching contents,organize efficient discussion and provide essential support for students'active learning.
