护理学专业本科临床教师自我评价与学生评价对比研究
Comparative study of nursing undergraduate clinical teachers' self-evaluation and students'evaluation
目的 调查护理学专业本科临床带教教师自我评价与学生评价,比较两者之间是否存在差异.方法 采用自制调查问卷,对在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院的71名临床带教教师和73名护理学专业本科实习学生进行问卷调查.问卷内容主要包括教学态度、知识与技能、教学技巧3个维度.结果 临床带教教师自评和学生评价在教学技巧维度比较具有统计学意义,在教学态度、知识与技能及总分比较的差异均无统计学意义.结论 应当提高临床带教教师的准入标准,重视选拔和培训,尤其要提高临床带教技巧,多种教学方法相结合,培养学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力.
更多Objective To investigate the differences between clinical teachers self-evaluation and students' evaluation.Method Using self-made questionnaire to survey 71 teachers and 73 nursing students of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University.The questionnaire content includes teaching attitudes,knowledge and skills,teaching skills.Results There is statistical significance of teachers' self-evaluation and students' evaluation in teaching skills.There was no significant difference on the teaching attitude,knowledge and skills (P> 0.05 ).Conclusions We should improve clinical teachers' access standards,pay attention to the selection and training of clinical teacher,especially to raise the clinical teaching skills and teaching methods to improve students' ability of discovering problems,analyzing and solving problems.
