以虚拟课题竞赛形式培养医学生科技创新能力的探索

大学生科技创新活动是高等医学院校加强学生素质教育和培养创新型医学人才的重要方式.作为医学院校学生科技创新活动组织模式的革新和以问题为基础学习教学的有效延伸,哈尔滨医科大学于2003年起组织开展的大学生虚拟课题竞赛活动,对于培养医学生科技创新精神具有很强的指导意义.本文立足于创新型医学人才的培养,针对目前医学院校教学任务繁重与医学生普遍缺乏未来医学岗位胜任能力培养之间的矛盾,提出虚拟课题竞赛这种创新的科技活动组织形式和具体操作办法,旨在创建更加切合当代医学教育培养目标和培养模式的大学生课外实践载体,从科研创新的角度有效提升医学生开展转化式学习的意识和能力.
更多Organizing activities to improve students' innovation in scientific research is an important means to promote quality education and cultivate a new type of innovative elite in medical education.As the extension of reforming the pattern of organizing scientific research innovation activities and building up the Problem-based teaching pattern,Harbin Medical University organized and developed the contest of virtual subject in 2003,which is great significance of developing medical college students' scientific research innovation,self-exploring and new concept of enhancing "health system-based" medical teaching.Aiming at the conflict between heavy teaching task and the lack of future medical professional competency training,the thesis focuses on the cultivation of a new type of innovative elite in high medical colleges and comes up with the exact instructive methods and organization patterns for the Contest of Virtual Subject-a sort of scientific research innovation activities.It may also create the carrier of college students' extra-curricular practical activities,which is more realistic for cultivation objectives and training patterns in contemporary medical education and effectively improve medical students' consciousness and competence on transformative learning from the perspective of scientific research innovation.
