为了使培养的医学生达到符合地方需求的卓越医师的目标,营造医学生早临床、多临床、具有创新能力的成长环境,拓宽其国际视野,扬州大学医学院提出了由学业导师、临床导师、科技创新团队导师和国际化团队导师组成的导师组,对在校医学本科生实施了“211导师组”的培养模式.本文对现行的地方综合性大学本科生导师制进行了分析,对比了“211导师组”培养模式与传统导师制培养模式的不同之处及实施成效.结果表明,“211导师组”培养模式对培养符合地方需求的卓越医学人才发挥了重要作用.

Medical College of Yangzhou University design a model that called"211 mentor group" and include that an academic mentor,a clinical tutor,a scientific tutor and an international tutor to complete the objectives and model for the excellent medical doctors training in regional comprehensive university,to help undergraduates go to clinic early,and to improve the ability for science study and international vision.This paper described the difference between the model and the traditional model of tutorial system,explored the innovations,and analyzed the cause of effect.It draw a conclusion that the"211 mentor group" model is good to the excellent training in medical undergraduates of regional comprehensive university.
