随着生物—心理—社会医学模式的形成和人文关怀理的日益深入人心,医学实践对医学生的职业素养提出了更高的要求.加强医学生职业素养教育,探索新的实践教学模式,对于培育合格医学人才显得尤为重要.为此,华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院创建了基于医学生“亲友健康管理”的实践教学方法,通过亲友健康关爱、角色体验、递进性人文关怀、移情教育等方式全面提高医学生职业素养,取得了良好效果,为提升高等医学院校学生职业素养提供了有益的参考.

With the conversion of medical social model and the promotional implementation of humane care,medical professionalism of medical students put forward higher requirements.Therefore,it's particularly important to strengthen the education of medical students professionalism.The article describes the implementation and effectiveness of Relatives and Friends Health Management practice teaching model,and attempts to explore the role and significance of Relatives and Friends Health Management in medical students' professionalism education,providing a useful reference for the improvement of medical students' professionalism training in higher medical school.
