以问题为基础学习结合微信的内科学见习教学改革研究
Research on the WeChat platform combined problem-based learning teaching method for clinical probation teaching in department of internal medicine
目的 探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)结合微信的教学方法在临床见习教学中的可行性.方法 选择在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院进行内科学见习的2011级和2012级临床医学专业76名学生为研究对象,将其分为两组,实施不同的教学方法.2012级37名学生为实验组,实施PBL结合微信教学方法;2011级39名学生为对照组,实施传统PBL教学方法.对两组学生的教学效果进行比较和统计分析.结果 内科学总成绩和内科学上册理论考试成绩,实验组学生优于对照组学生(t=-2.688,P<0.05;t=-3.372,P<0.05);在掌握基础知识、激发学习兴趣、解决问题能力、培养临床思维、相互协作能力、医患沟通能力等方面,实验组学生优于对照组学生(均P<0.05).结论 在内科学见习教学中,PBL结合微信教学方法可以促进学生更好地掌握基础知识、增强学习兴趣和提高临床思维分析能力等.
更多Objective To evaluate the feasibility of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with WeChat's teaching model in clinical probation teaching.Methods The students of grade 2011 and grade 2012 on clinical medicine program in Capital Medical University were applied with two different teaching methods.The grade 2011 were applied traditional PBL teaching method and the grade 2012 were applied PBL combined with WeChat teaching method.The teaching effect was assessed after testing and measuring.Results The students of grade 2012 had better test scores in the first department of internal medicine and had better total scores in department of internal medicine (t=-2.688,P<0.05;t=-3.372,P<0.05)and learning effect such as learning interest and more comprehensive profit about analysis of clinical thinking than grade 2011 (all P< 0.05).Conclusions In clinical probation teaching, the method of PBL combined with WeChat can promote knowledge acquirement and improve the clinical ability on thinking and analysis in department of internal medicine.
