目的 观察松龄血脉康对高脂血症患者血脂和血液流变学的影响.方法 选择符合高脂血症患者40例,随机分为治疗组(松龄血脉康组)和对照组(绞股蓝总苷组),观察其治疗前后血脂变化情况及血液流变改善情况.结果 治疗组与对照组降血脂的总有效率分别为86.5％和82.4％.两组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗组在用药前后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度和全血还原黏度及纤维蛋白原均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 松龄血脉康在调节血脂同时,还可改善多项血液流变学指标,可作为一种安全有效防治心脑血管疾病的药物.

Objective To observe the influence of Songling Xuemaikang on the hypertension and hemorheology of hyperlipoidemia patients.Methods 40 hyperlipoidemia patients randomly divided into Songling Xuemaikang group and jiao gu la zong dai group as a control.The blood lipid and the improvement of hemorheology before and after treatment were compared.Results The efficiency of lipoidemia decrease of treatment and control group is 86.5％and 82.4％,respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups ( P ＞ 0.05 ).The difference of whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity and fibrinogen between two groups had significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Songling Xuemaikang had effect on both regulating blood lipid and improving the several indexes of hemorheology.It could be an effective and safe drug for prevention and cure cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
