摘要目的 研制及评价适合我国国情的结核病患者生存质量测定量表.方法 根据WHO对生存质量的定义,采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式研制结核病患者生存质量测定量表,并随机抽取253例结核病患者进行凋查.结果 (1)研制出由生理、心理、社会、症状及副作用4个领域共42个条目的 量表.(2)该量表的重测信度为0.934,Cronbach'S α系数为0.923,分半信度系数为0.886.因子分析结果显示:共性模块、特异性模块分别经主成分法提取公因子并经方差最大旋转后,得到8个和4个主成分,其主成分累计贡献率分别为72.51%,68.33%.(3)量表总分与SF-36总分的相关系数为0.875.结论 本研究研制的量表是可靠、有效、灵敏的生存质量测定量表,能够全面、具体、准确的反映结核病患者生存质量的内涵,可以应用于中国结核病患者生存质量的测定与评价.

abstractsObjective To develop and evaluate a specific scale of quality of life for Chinese patients with tuberculosis.Methods According to the quality of life definition of WHO,the structured group(nominal group and focus group)methods and the theory and methodology in developing rating scale were employed to establish the instrument.The QOL data measured from 253 cases of patients with tuberculosis were used to evaluate the questionnaire.Results (1)An 42-item Quality of Life Instrument for patients with tuberculosis(QLITB V1.0),including 4 domains(physical,psychological,social,disease and side-effect)was developed.(2)The test-retest correlation coefficient,Cronbach'S Alpha coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient of the instrument is 0.934,0.923,0.886,respectively.The factor structure of the general module and the specific module were explored by Using principle components analysis,with varimax rotation,8 and 4 principle components were extracted,respectively.Cumulative contribution rate is 72.5 1%and 68.33%,respectively.(3)The scale'S correlations coefficient with SF-36 was 0.875.(4)QLITB V1.0 could discriminate among those with different quality of lives.Conclusion The instrument is reliable,valid,sensitive.It can comprehensively,detailed and accurately interpret the connotation about the quality of life for tuberculosis patients.It can serve as a domestic instrument in measuring and evaluating QOL for Chinese tuberculosis patients.
