胶原是人体主要的结构蛋白,在伤口愈合过程中具有重要作用.以胶原为原料的材料因其天然的止血性、良好的生物相容性、较低的免疫原性及可控的生物降解性等性能,备受人们关注.中国老年医学学会烧创伤分会主要介绍胶原类创面材料的特点、作为支架材料和创面覆盖物应用的机制,并就其临床适应证、推荐使用方法、禁忌证及注意事项等形成较为规范、统一的全国专家共识,以帮助临床医师和患者正确认识并合理使用胶原类创面材料.

Collagen,as the main structural protein in human body,plays an important role in the wound healing process.Because of their inherent hemostatic characteristics,good biocompatibility,low immunogenicity,as well as controllable biodegradability,collagen-based materials have attracted much attention.This consensus mainly introduces the characteristics of collagen wound materials and the mechanism of their application as a scaffold and wound covering materials.In addition,standard and unified expert consensus is reached on the clinical indications,recommended methods,contraindications and precautions to help clinicians and patients better understand and use collagen wound materials.
