摘要目的 综述有关临界闪光融合频率(critical flick fusion frequency,CFF)和眼动反应检测在不同作业任务中枢疲劳评价中的应用研究进展. 资料来源与选择 国内外相关领域的文献资料.资料引用 引用公开发表的文献资料68篇,其中论文62篇,学术专著6部. 资料综合 回顾了CFF和有关眼动反应检测方法及其在不同作业任务中枢疲劳评价中的应用研究现状.CFF是较常用的中枢疲劳测评方法,操作简便易行,但该经典方法测试结果的判定具有一定的主观性.眼动反应检测的主要指标或参数包括瞳孔初始直径或瞳孔面积、瞳孔对光收缩反应潜伏期、瞳孔对光收缩反应速率、眼扫视速率、眼扫视峰值等,具有快速、自动和客观测评等特点.国内外大量研究表明,CFF和有关眼动反应检测可用于评价睡眠不足或睡眠节律紊乱条件下完成持续认知任务时的中枢疲劳以及视屏显示终端监视、雷达操作、车辆驾驶、飞行作业等多种条件下的中枢疲劳. 结论 研究资料表明,CFF和眼动反应检测可用于多种作业任务的中枢疲劳评价.

abstractsObjective To review the applications of critical flick fusion frequency (CFF) and oculomotor responsive measures in the evaluation of mental fatigue during different operative tasks.Literature resource and selection Relevant articles and monographs published in China and abroad.Literature quotation Sixty-eight published references (sixty-two papers and six monographs) were cited.Literature synthesis The research advances on CFF and oculomotor responsive measuring methods and their applications in the evaluations of mental fatigue during different operative tasks were reviewed.It is well-known that CFF measure is a simple and convenient method for the evaluation of central function fatigue.But the shortage of this classic method is that the decision of experimental results is made with subjectivity.The main indices or parameters of oculomotor responsive measures are initial pupil diameter or area,constriction latency of pupil to light flash,constriction amplitude of pupil to light flash,saccadic velocity,saccadic amplitude,etc.The oculomotor responsive measures show the advantages of quick,automated assessing and objective decision of results.Many studies at home and abroad showed that CFF and oculomotor responsive measures could be used for the mental fatigue evaluations of following different operative conditions:sustained cognitive tasks under sleep deprivation or disruptive biological rhythm,visual display terminal (VDT) monitoring,radar operations,automobile driving,flight operation,etc.Conclusions It is demonstrated that CFF and oculomotor responsive measures has been widely used in the evaluation of mental fatigue of various operative tasks.
