随着人口老龄化的进程,骨骼健康越来越为社会所关注,骨质疏松症作为影响骨骼健康的主要疾病,致残和致死率高,严重影响患者的生活质量和生存,并给社会和家庭带来巨大负担.钙和维生素D作为骨骼的主要营养素,是维持骨骼健康的重要基石.近年来,一些研究对补充钙和维生素D对骨健康是否有益提出不同的观点.鉴于此,我们对钙、维生素D与骨骼健康和骨质疏松症的关系等相关内容进行了讨论,并结合国际权威学术机构的指南推荐和中国的具体情况提出建议,以供临床医师参考.

With the aging process of the population, bone health is becoming more and more socially concerned.Osteoporosis is a major disease that affects bone health and has a high rate of death and disability.It has a serious impact on the quality of life and survival of the patients and brings a huge burden to the society and families.Calcium and vitamin D are the main nutrients of the bone and important cornerstone for maintaining bone health.In recent years,some studies have made different views on whether supplementation of calcium and vitamin D is beneficial to bone health.In regard to this,we discuss in the present paper the relationship between calcium and vitamin D and bone health and osteoporosis,and put forward suggestions in combination with the recommendations of the guidelines of the international authoritative academic institutions and the specific situation in China, for the reference of clinicians.
