换一批摘要前额纤维性秃发是一种原发性淋巴细胞性瘢痕性秃发，因组织病理学改变与毛发扁平苔藓相似，通常被认为是毛发扁平苔藓的一种亚型。该病病因尚不明确，随着对该病研究的深入，近年来国内外报道的病例数量逐年增多。本文综述前额纤维性秃发发病机制、临床病理特征、治疗等方面的研究进展。

abstractsFrontal fibrosing alopecia is a primary lymphocytic cicatricial alopecia, and is generally considered to be a subtype of lichen planopilaris due to similar histopathological changes. Its etiology is still unclear. With the deepening of research on this disease, more and more cases of frontal fibrosing alopecia have been reported in China and other countries. This review summarizes research progress in pathogenesis, clinical and pathological characteristics, and treatment of frontal fibrosing alopecia.
