摘要我国于2008年将乙脑疫苗纳入15岁以下儿童计划免疫管理，之后我国儿童型乙脑发病人数大幅度降低。但是自2006年以来我国北方地区多次发生成人型乙脑的暴发流行，对当地形成巨大的公共卫生负担。此外，日本、韩国、马来西亚等国也出现大量成人型乙脑，成人型乙脑已成为国内外关注的公共卫生问题。本文介绍国内外成人型乙脑的流行现状，并对成人型乙脑预防控制的相关问题进行讨论。

abstractsIn 2008, Japanese encephalitis (JE) vaccine was included as Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) for children(under 15)in China, and the number of JE cases of children was greatly reduced. However, since 2006, there have been outbreaks of adult JE in northern China, which has formed a huge public health burden on the local area and caused wide attention from the society. In addition, a number of adult JE have appeared in Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and other countries, and adult JE has become a public health concern at abroad. This paper introduces the current situation of adult JE both China and abroad, and discusses the relevant issues of the prevention and control of adult JE.
