摘要目的 探讨细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)、E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测Ki-67、E-cadherin在48例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达,统计分析其表达与膀胱移行细胞癌临床病理、分期之间的关系.结果 Ki-67、E-cadherin在膀胱移行细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别是83.3％和47.9％,两者呈负相关(P＜0.05).两者表达水平与肿瘤临床分期及病理分级明显相关(P＜0.05).结论 检测Ki-67与E-cadherin有助于判断膀胱移行细胞癌侵袭和转移能力.

abstractsObjective To explore the clinical significance and expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (Ki-67) and E-cadherin in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of Ki-67 and E-cadherin in 48 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma,and the relationship between their expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression of Ki-67 and E-cadherin was negatively correlated (P ＜ 0.05),and their positive rate was 83.3％ and 47.9％ respectively.They were related to tumor pathological grade and clinical stage.Conclusion Detection of Ki-67 and E-cadherin will help determine the invasion and metastasis ability of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
