摘要下移的作用.外展60°时,中盂肱韧带稳定着盂肱关节的前方.外展120°时,下盂肱韧带前束发挥了主要的前方稳定作用.当外展至180°时,腋囊维持着盂肱关节前方的稳定,同时下盂肱韧带后束维持着下方的稳定.
