换一批摘要骨折的正常愈合过程终止,称之为骨折不愈合.骨折不愈合的发生率为2.5％～4.4％,是目前创伤骨科医生面临的重要难题之一.本文系统阐述了骨不连的定义、分型、诊断及对骨折不愈合的发生原因做了归纳分析,结合骨折不愈合发生原因对其治疗原则及方法做了系统回顾介绍.
