摘要成功的膝关节置换手术与诸多因素相关,其中冠状位下肢力线是关节外科医生最为关注的焦点问题.既往很多学者认为术后的中立位对线可以带来更好的假体生存率与关节功能,但近些年来这一金标准受到了部分学者的质疑.本文将简要介绍膝关节置换手术中的下肢轴线、力线、截骨方式等内容,并回顾中立位对线以及近些年来兴起的运动学对线的相关研究结果,以期为临床手术提供一定指导方案.

abstractsMany factors contribute to a successful total knee arthroplasty,and postoperative coronal lower limb alignment has always been a focus of joint surgeons.Previous researches have suggested that neutral alignment can bring higher prosthesis survival rate and better knee function.However,the theory has been challenged in recent years.In this article,the author introduces the axis,alignment and osteotomy of total knee arthroplasty briefly and reviews the studies on the neutral alignment and kinematic alignment of recent years in order to provide some advice for the clinical operation.
