摘要我国骨肿瘤专业近年来发展迅速，但由于骨肿瘤发病率低且我国各地区医疗发展不平衡，骨肿瘤专业的诊治不规范问题仍比较突出。NCCN《骨肿瘤临床实践指南》内容涵盖骨肉瘤、尤文肉瘤、软骨肉瘤、骨巨细胞瘤及脊索瘤等常见骨肿瘤，经过数年的更新，比较成熟，可为我国相关专业的医务人员提供参考。NCCN《骨肿瘤临床实践指南》注重多学科协作策略，建议骨肉瘤行外科治疗和化疗为主的综合治疗，脊索瘤以外科治疗为主，而因地舒单抗的出现，骨巨细胞瘤从单纯依靠外科治疗，转变为药物治疗配合外科治疗。本文以NCCN指南为基础，对常见骨肿瘤的核心诊治内容进行阐述和解读。

abstractsThe specialty of bone cancer has developed rapidly in China in recent years, but because of the low incidence of these diseases and the unbalanced development of different regions, the malpractice problem of diagnosis and treatment is still outstanding.The NCCN clinical practice guide for bone cancer in the United States has been updated for several years and is now more mature and has been recognized worldwide.It can provide reference for medical professionals in related fields in China, it covers the most common bone tumors such as osteosarcoma, Ewing′s sarcoma, chondrosarcoma, giant cell tumor of bone and chordoma.This article describes and interprets the core diagnostic and therapeutic contents of NCCN clinical practice guide for bone cancers.
