正中神经不同节段损伤修复过程中再生放大规律的实验研究
Amplification effects in nerve regeneration after different segment injury:experiment with rabbit median nerve
目的 探讨正中神经由于损伤平面距离神经元胞体远近不同其再生修复过程中是否存在放大现象以及放大规律是否相同.方法 雄性新西兰大白兔,随机分3组,每组6只,分别取兔左正中神经的近端、中段、远段为研究对象,每个节段分别按照供体神经数/受体神经数为1:4的修复比例进行造模;取同体右侧正中神经的近中远段设为左侧同一截面实验组的对照组,并按照分别按照供体神经数/受体神经数为1:1的修复比例进行造模进.3个月后取材观测其再生神经大体形态、再生神经纤维计数、再生神经电生理以及指浅屈肌湿重.结果 实验组3个不同损伤截面其远端再生神经纤维计数、神经传导速度以及指浅屈肌湿重分别为:(1747±375)、(1785±442)、(1863±321)m/s;(19.5±3.9)、(19.9±5.4)、(21.3±2.1)m/s;(1.7247±0.0891)、(1.7239±0.0903)、(1.7253±0.0798)g;对照组3项指标的结果分别为(2234±364)、(2319±237)、(2346±308);(57.1±3.7)、(56.4±25)、(56.8±23)m/s;(20448±0.1013)、(20433±0.0861)、(2.0456±0.0947)g.结论 不同损伤平面神经再修复过程中均存在着放大效应,且随着损伤平面距离神经元胞体距离的增加,其放大比率逐渐减小,再生神经传导速度逐渐增加,指浅屈肌肌肉湿重变化无显著差异.
更多Objective To investigate the impact of different section injury on the median nerve during peripheral nerve regeneration. Methods 18 New-Zealand rabbits were divided into 3 groups. We took the proximal,intermediate and distal nerve segment as donor nerve, the restore ratio of the number of donator fibers to recipient fibers is 1:4. We took the corresponding right side nerve as control, the restore ratio of the number of donator fibers to recipient fibers is 1:1. We then observed the general condition of regenerated nerve, counted the number of regenerated fibers, measured its conduction of velocity and wet weights of musculus flexor digitorum sublimis 3 months after operation. Results The numbers of recipient fiber of 3 different groups were as follows: goup Ⅰ: 1747±375, goup Ⅱ:1785±442,goup Ⅲ: 1863±321; Control goup Ⅰ: 2234±364, control goup Ⅱ: 2319±237, control goup Ⅲ: 2346±308. The results of conduction of velocity were:goup Ⅰ: 19. 5 m/s,goup Ⅱ: 19. 9 m/s,goup Ⅲ: 21.3m/s;Control goup Ⅰ: 57.1±3.7 m/s, control goup Ⅱ: 56.4±2.5 m/s, control goup Ⅲ: 56. 8±2.3 m/s. The results of wet weights of musculus flexor digitorum sublimes were as follows: goup Ⅰ: 1.7247±0. 0891 g,goup Ⅱ: 1.7239±0. 0903 g,goup Ⅲ: 1.7253±0.0798 g. Control goup Ⅰ: 2.0448±0.1013 g, control goup Ⅱ: 2.0433±0.0861 g, control goup Ⅲ: 2.0456±0.0947 g. Conclusion The amplification phenomenon exist in every group, the amplified ratio augment according to the distance of the site from neuron, but the conduction of velocity is decreased gradually. The wet weights of musculus flexor digitorum sublimes has no significant difference between 3 groups.
