白介素（IL）-9由极性状态的Th2细胞分泌，其表达受到多种信号因子的调节，与细胞因子微环境密切相关。IL-9与自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病等密切相关。炎症性肠病（IBD）是一种病因尚不明确的肠道非特异性慢性炎症性疾病。研究发现肠黏膜免疫平衡失调与其发病密切相关，IL-9通过调节紧密连接相关蛋白的表达影响肠黏膜的屏障功能，从而参与IBD的病理生理过程。本文对IL-9在IBD中的作用进行综述。

Interleukin 9 (IL-9) is secreted by polar Th2 cells and its expression is regulated by a variety of signaling factors, which is closely related to cytokine microenvironment, autoimmune diseases and allergic diseases. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a kind of intestinal nonspecific chronic inflammatory intestinal disease with uncertain etiology. It has been found that the immune imbalance of intestinal mucosa is closely related to its pathogenesis. IL-9 is involved in the pathophysiological process of IBD by regulating the expressions of tight junction associated proteins and affecting the barrier function of intestinal mucosa. This review presents the role of IL-9 in IBD.
