摘要2019年12月新发现的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)已被列为国际公共卫生紧急事件。核酸检测在确诊新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染中具有不可替代的作用,但由于其对实验室和技术人员要求高、操作繁琐以及存在“漏检”可能等,应联合特异性抗体对疑似患者和密切接触人群实现大规模批量筛查,且抗体的检测可降低医务人员在呼吸道标本采集过程中的暴露风险。

abstractsA novel coronavirus (COVID-19) that broke out in December 2019 has been declared a public health emergency of international concern. Nucleic acid detection has an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis of 2019-novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infection. However, due to the high requirements of laboratories and technicians, cumbersome operations, and the possibility of omission, nucleic acid detection should be combined with specific antibodies to achieve large-scale screening of suspected patients and close contacts. Moreover, antibody detection can reduce the exposure risk of medical personnel during the collection of respiratory tract samples.
