摘要目的:探讨超声联合血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、可溶性间皮素相关肽(SMRP)水平检测诊断早期卵巢癌的价值。方法:抽取河南科技大学第一附属医院2013年1月至2019年1月收治的卵巢肿块患者78例，以病理诊断结果为金标准将其分为恶性肿瘤组46例和良性肿瘤组32例，选取同期于医院体检的健康女性35例为对照组，所有研究对象均经彩色多普勒超声检查，同时检测血清CA125、SMRP水平，评估超声联合CA125、SMRP的诊断价值。结果:超声、血清CA125、SMRP三者联合早期检测早期卵巢癌准确度最高为92.31%；恶性肿瘤组搏动指数(PI)、血流阻力指数(sRI)低于良性肿瘤组( P<0.05)；对照组、良性、恶性肿瘤组血清CA125、SMRP水平逐渐升高，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)，两两组间比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；经受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析结果显示，超声、血清CA125、SMRP三者联合检查卵巢癌时间-浓度曲线下面积(AUC)最高为0.925，特异度为91.3%，灵敏度为93.7%。 结论:超声联合血清CA125、SMRP水平对早期卵巢癌具有较高诊断价值，可有效为临床早期诊治卵巢癌提供参考。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the value of ultrasound combined with levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and soluble mesothelin related peptide (SMRP) in serum in diagnosis of early ovarian cancer.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with ovarian mass in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2013 to January 2019 were enrolled, and they were divided into two groups according to pathological results, malignant group ( n=46) and benign group ( n=32), meanwhile, another 35 healthy individuals were set as control group. All selected subjects underwent ultrasound examinations, meanwhile, serum SMRP and CA125 levels were detected. Then the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with serum SMRP and CA125 was evaluated. Results:The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound combined with serum SMRP and CA125 was 92.31%; pulsatile index (PI)and resistance index (RI) in malignant group were significantly lower than those in benign group ( P<0.05). The levels of serum CA125 and SMRP was the lowest in control group, and the highest in malignant group ( P<0.05), and the paired comparison among the three groups had statistic difference ( P<0.05). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve showed that area under time concentration curve (AUC), specificity and sensitivity of ultrasound combined with serum SMRP and CA125 for ovarian cancer was 0.925, 91.3%, and 93.7%, respectively. Conclusions:Ultrasound combined with serum CA125 and SMRP levels has a high diagnostic value for early ovarian cancer, which can effectively provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
