摘要目的:采用临床指南研究与评估系统Ⅱ(AGREEⅡ)对目前国内外氧疗指南质量进行评价分析。方法:按照纳入和排除标准筛选检索万方、中国知网、维普、PubMed、Cochrane、Elsevier等中英文数据库2003～2019年氧疗指南。统计纳入指南的发布国家、颁布机构、出版年份和证据评价依据等相关信息。采用AGREEⅡ系统对纳入指南的质量进行评价。各指南评分比较采用多配对样本的非参数Friedman检验。结果:共纳入指南8篇，其中国外指南7篇，国内指南1篇。4位评分者对8篇指南的AGREEⅡ评价结果组内相关系数均>0.80( P值均<0.000 1)，组内一致性良好。评价结果显示，领域1"范围和目的"[(80.38±6.45)%]和领域4"明晰性"[(85.07±8.87)%]得分较高，且8篇指南得分均高于60%；领域2"参与人员"平均得分[(76.91±13.46)%]，领域5"实用性"[(69.01±22.29)%]；领域3"严谨性"[(57.88±25.40)%]和领域6"独立性"[(60.16±37.62)%]得分较低。 结论:纳入的国内外氧疗指南总体质量较高，但在"参与人员"、"严谨性"及"独立性"等领域仍存在不足。其推荐级别为A级5篇，B级2篇，C级1篇。我国氧疗指南在诸多方面距离国外高质量指南仍有一定差距。AGREEⅡ工具在国内氧疗指南的开发、制订过程中有相当大的空间，有助于促进我国氧疗的规范应用。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the quality of the clinical practice guidelines for oxygen inhalation therapy in China and abroad with Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & EvaluationⅡ (AGREEⅡ) system.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, we searched the database of Wanfang Data, CNKI, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane and Elsevier for the guidelines of oxygen therapy from 2003 to 2019.The relevant information of the included guidelines was counted, such as the publishing countries, promulgating agency, evidence evaluation basis, and so on.The AGREEⅡ instrument was used to evaluate the quality of the guidelines included.Friedman′s non-parametric test of multiple paired samples was used to compare the scores of included guidelines.Results:A total of 8 guidelines statements were included, among which seven were published by foreign countries and one by China.Four reviewers evaluated the AGREEⅡ results of 8 guidelines with Intraclass Correlation Coefficient greater than 0.80 ( P<0.000 1) and good consistency within the group.The results showed that the scoring of Domain 1 " Scope and Purpose" [(80.38±6.45)%] and Domain 4 " Clarity" [(85.07±8.87)%] were higher, with quality scores all higher than 60% in surveyed guidelines.The average score of Domain 2" Stakeholder Involvement" and Domain 5" Applicability" were [(76.91±13.46)%], [(69.01±22.29)%] respectively.The guidelines had low mean scores of Domain 3 " Rigour" [(57.88±25.40)%] and Domain 6 " Editorial Independence" [(60.16±37.62)%]. Conclusions:The general quality of the existing domestic and foreign guidelines for oxygen therapy are of high standard on the whole, but they still need to be improved, especially in the domains of " Rigour" , " Editorial Independence" and " Stakeholder Involvement" . Among them, 5 guidelines are recommended as Level A, 2 guidelines as Level B, 1 guideline as level C. There are certain gaps between Chinese oxygen therapy guidelines and foreign guidelines with high-quality in many aspects.AGREEⅡ tool has considerable space in the formulation and development of domestic oxygen therapy guidelines, to promote the standardized oxygen therapy in China.
