摘要公众心肺复苏培训质量在提高心脏骤停患者生存率中具有重要作用，我国各地纷纷开展形式多样的培训，对心肺复苏工作起到很大的促进作用，但培训的质量管理及其效果持续性等还有很大的提升空间。本文从公众心肺复苏培训质量管理现状及不足、培训质量在增强群众学习及救助自信心中的作用、培训内容、培训方式、质量评价指标、评价方式、质量影响因素及复训时间要求等方面进行综述，并对我国公众心肺复苏培训质量管理提出切实可行的建议，强调标准化训练、刻意训练、精熟训练、全员训练、知识与技能的长期保持、使用有益工具提高心肺复苏培训质量等，以期提高公众的培训质量管理水平，使学员真正掌握心肺复苏技能，从而提高心脏骤停患者的救助率和生存率，促使人民健康事业持续发展。

abstractsThe quality of public cardiopulmonary resuscitation training plays an important role in improving the survival rate of patients with cardiac arrest.
