摘要1例25岁男性患者自行服用苯巴比妥东莨菪碱约60片（每片含苯巴比妥30 mg和氢溴酸东莨菪碱0.2 mg），约1 h后出现昏迷伴四肢阵发性抽搐。诊断为药物中毒，予洗胃、导泻，以及咪达唑仑10 mg静脉注射抗癫痫等治疗。6 h后患者心率53次/min，呼吸11次/min，偶发抽搐，并出现血尿。实验室检查示间接胆红素16.97 μmol/L、总蛋白54 g/L，白蛋白27.6 g/L、凝血酶时间25.0 s，考虑多脏器损伤。给予血液净化治疗。1 d后患者神志转清，心率68次/min，呼吸16次/min，未再出现抽搐；2 d后，实验室检查示间接胆红素8.69 μmol/L，总蛋白54.7 g/L，白蛋白34.0 g/L，凝血酶时间16.7 s。

abstractsA 25-year-old male patient took about 60 tablets of phenobarbital and scopolamine hydrobromide by himself (each tablet contains 30 mg phenobarbital and 0.2 mg scopolamine hydrobromide). About 1 hour later, he developed coma with paroxysmal limb convulsions. Drug poisoning was diagnosed. The patient received gastric lavage, catharsis, and intravenous injection of midazolam 10 mg for epilepsy. Six hours later, his heart rate was 53 beats/min, breathing rate was 11 times/min, and occasional convulsions and hematuria occurred. Laboratory tests showed indirect bilirubin 16.97 μmol/L, total protein 54 g/L, albumin 27.6 g/L, and thrombin time 25.0 s. Multiple organ injury was considered and blood purification treatment was given. One day later, the patient′s consciousness was restored, heart rate was 68 beats/min, breathing rate was 16 times/min, and no convulsion occurred. Laboratory tests showed indirect bilirubin 8.69 μmol/L, total protein 54.7 g/L, albumin 34.0 g/L, and thrombin time 16.7 s.
