摘要心搏骤停是威胁人类生命安全的急危重症,心肺复苏术作为抢救心搏骤停患者的关键技术,一直以来备受关注.中国研究型医院学会心肺复苏学专业委员会、中国老年保健协会老年心肺复苏专业委员会、中国健康管理协会健康文化委员会、中华医学会第十届科学普及分会的专家学者基于对生命健康及所处时代的思考与实践,聚焦关乎人民生命安危主题,从"起死回生"之术——心肺复苏领域精准健康发力,以"立心肺复苏科学理论之言、立心肺复苏科技人才之基、立心肺复苏科普传播之众"为主要内容,通过"建设科学理论体系、科技队伍基地、科普传播惠民"三方面,有力促进了心肺复苏科技成果的转化和技术普及推广,取得了心肺复苏科技创新与科学普及的骄人成绩,为生命健康时代注入了"心"的文化内涵.
